Jimmy Hopper

Jimmy is a Ruling Elder at Riverwood Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and serves as the Pastoral Administrator.

He was educated at the University of Alabama and retired after many years as a manager for a utility company.

Jimmy is married to Carolyn and they have four adult children and seven grandchildren. Jimmy enjoys reading books, adding curious old/new titles to his book queue, discussing books, holding books, and perusing books, and also professes a deep love for poetry. He is an avid fan of Alabama Crimson Tide athletics, as well.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Riverwood Classical School and is the managing editor for Salt and Light magazine.
